Multi-Store Inventory Sync Setup
This guide explains how to set up multi-store inventory syncing using our app. By following these steps, inventory updates made in one Shopify store will automatically reflect across your other connected stores in real time.
Step 1: Install the App on All Stores
First, download and install the app on all Shopify stores that you want to sync together.
Step 2: Enable Multi-Store Sync
- Open the app in your store
- Go to App Settings → Associations
- Enable Multi-Store Sync
Once enabled, the app will generate a Secret Key for your store.
This secret key is used to securely connect your other stores and verify that you have access to them.

Step 3: Associate Your Stores Using the Secret Key
Using the secret key generated in Step 2:
- Open the app in your other Shopify stores
- Go to App Settings → Associations
- In the Associated Stores card, click Add New Store
- Enter the secret key to associate the store with your primary store
This step ensures that all connected stores belong to you and can safely share inventory data.

Step 4: Associate Shopify Locations
Next, you need to associate Shopify locations that represent the same physical warehouse across your stores.
Why Location Association Is Important
The app syncs inventory based on SKU + Location.
When a product is sold at a specific location in one store:
- The app looks for the same SKU in your other stores
- If found, it updates the inventory at the associated location in those stores
How to Associate Locations
- Open the app in your store
- Go to App Settings → Associations
- In the Associated Locations card, click Associate New Location
- Name your location group.
- Select locations from both stores that represent the same physical warehouse
Important: You only need to associate locations in one store. The app will automatically copy the same location mapping across your other connected stores.
